3. Strengthen connections within the group to build a resilient DEI community
Activities:
1. Discussion: The differences between brave and safe spaces, and why both matter
2. Role-playing: Practice navigating difficult but constructive conversations in a DEI context.
3. Group exercise: Create a collective vision for the DEI community we’re building
