  • Absolutely. All templates and resources in our library are designed to be customizable, allowing you to tailor the content to suit the unique requirements and culture of your organization.

  • No. You can use as many pieces of the content as you like.

  • No, but you’re welcome to. If you want to include reference to IDEA Content, and the fact that the content is written by people with deep subject matter knowledge in IDEA, you are welcome to. But you don’t have to. It’s up to you.

  • No. As a subscriber to IDEA Content, you can use the content internally with your organization, but you may not post anything on your external website, on social media, or anywhere else.

  • No. While you are a subscriber, IDEA Content provides you a license to use our content, but that license expires when you stop subscribing. If you cancel your subscription, you agree to remove the content from any “permanent” posting (such as a blog post on your intranet).

  • No. Consultants may not use our content with their clients. However, you may wish to consider our Affiliate Program.

  • Absolutely! We love and appreciate the support our subscribers give us by recommending IDEA Content to your friends and colleagues. All you have to do is join our Referral Program, and for every person you refer to IDEA Content who becomes a subscriber, you receive a gift.

  • You can change your subscription by clicking on the Profile link when you are logged into the IDEA Content platform.

  • While we hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the Profile link when you are logged into the IDEA Content platform.

  • No. We don’t provide refunds for early cancellations.
