COMMUNITY CALL

Presented by: Annemarie Shrouder | IDEA Content | Future of IDEA | Inclusive Kind

A space to think out loud with people who get it.

Free, facilitated conversations for IDEA practitioners, DEI champions, and HR professionals who want connection, perspective, and practical support from others doing the same work.

Free to attend. Open to everyone. No membership required. If you prefer a presenter-led format, explore our free monthly webinars.

Why Community Calls exist.

The work of inclusion can be isolating. You are often the only person in the room who sees what you see, and the only one expected to fix it. Community Calls exist to change that, even for an hour.

Each call brings together a small group of practitioners for a facilitated conversation on a topic that matters right now. No presentations, no sales pitches. Just honest, peer-level discussion with people who understand the weight of this work. For structured learning beyond peer discussion, explore our DEI certificate programs.

The series is facilitated by Annemarie Shrouder, in partnership with IDEA Content, Future of IDEA, and Inclusive Kind.

Measuring Progress Without Fatigue

A big challenge for organizations right now is how to measure progress in a meaningful way without overwhelming people.

  • Are surveys enough?

  • How do we track real change not just activity?

  • What does progress actually look like over time?

Progress is not always immediate or linear. It often shows up in small everyday shifts in behaviors, decisions, and how people experience the workplace.

Time: 12 PM ET (1:30 PM NT | 1 PM AT | 11 AM CT | 10 AM MT | 9 AM PT | 8 AM AT | 7 AM HAT)

What to expect

  • A facilitated conversation, not a webinar. You are expected to participate, not just listen.

  • A small, intentional group. Attendance is limited to keep the conversation meaningful.

  • A topic grounded in what practitioners are actually navigating right now.

  • A judgment-free space. What is said on the call stays on the call.
